Full description Villa located on the Mar Menor Golf Resort which is one of the Polaris developments close to Los Alcazares in Murcia. Don't confuse our property with a standard rental villa. We spend a lot of time here so we have fitted out the villa with all the creature comforts. Everything that we have bought for the villa is top quality. The Jacuzzi was £9500 and has a Sony sound system built in with radio & CD player and MP3. (Should work with I-Pods). Decking with LCD lights built in. Great on a night having a few sangrias! King-size bed in master bedroom with tempur mattress and pillows. The best night’s sleep you’ll ever have. Air con in the lounge area and 5 bladed ceiling fans (bedrooms) which are exceptional in July & August. We had air con in all bedrooms in our last villa and found it dry's your throat out and is hard to regulate the temperature. We find this method much better. We have also extended the property to create a dining area / office / 3rd bedroom. You will want for nothing.
