- Security Bonds are taken and held by us, Bonds are returned to the Tenant Vacating the
property following a full inspection
- Any damage (other than fair wear & tear) is payable from the Tenants Security
Bond
- Bonds for Properties are one months rent
- Rents are paid by the Tenant direct in to your Spanish bank account on 23rd of each
month in advance after the first month
- Full Property clean following your tenants departure is included
