About Calida Sunshine
 Calida Sunshine is the internet trading name of "Costa Calida Property Management SL" which is Spanish registered family owned company based in the "Costa Calida".
Our company markets and maintains holiday rental accommodation in the region. This means we concentrate all our efforts and marketing specific to the region and not the whole of Spain.
Joanne and I have 3 sons between us, Adam, Josh and Harvey. We have spent the last 5 years in the hospitality industry and successfully created a 4 star accommodation establishment in York. Prior to this, I was an Operations director in the engineering sector and Joanne was a Sales Manager in the Brewery industry.
 Five years on after great success we made the decision to relocate to Spain with our children for an even better quality of life.
Between us we have a wealth of business experience coupled together with a sound understanding of the hospitality industry, we are now in a position to offer you all the experience we have acquired in business, corporate and the hospitality sectors.
We have a deep understanding of clients needs and just as importantly, your guest's requirements and needs: also as we are resident in the local area, we are able to ensure our high standards are constantly maintained.
